Each individual aluminum profile is meticulously covered with a high-adhesion PE protective film to prevent surface scratches, friction, and dirt during internal handling.
2. Bundle Consolidation
Profiles are grouped using secure Slot packing. Each bundle is then tightly wrapped with Shrink PE film or inter-layer Foam paper to ensure zero movement and absolute stability.
3. Outer Moisture Barrier
The entire bundle is encased in waterproof Kraft paper or reinforced Carton boxes, creating a heavy-duty shield against marine humidity and rough port operations.
