Shenghai Aluminum Solar Power Projects
Shenghai Aluminum is committed to using clean energy to reduce carbon emissions and contribute to the optimization of the natural environment. in the second half of 2023, we constructed a 966kW photovoltaic project, and in the first half of 2024, we invested again in a 616kW photovoltaic project. These two projects will fully utilize solar energy to provide supplemental power for our production. During the sunny summer months, the need for electricity can be reduced by about half. According to the calculations, on average, we can save roughly one-third of the electricity demand for our production and reduce CO2 emissions by more than 1,000 tons throughout the year.
